I'm Kynthia. I've spent my career doing a lot of different things really well, and I've finally stopped pretending that's a liability. It's the whole point.

A Master's in Interaction Design. A decade of nonprofit operations support. Sidequests in food service, rare books, and caregiving. My resume looks complicated until you realize it's all the same instinct: figure out what people need and make it work.

Proofreading, copyediting, and developmental editing for writers, journalists, and small businesses. I get into the work with you – not to change your voice, but to help it come through more clearly and land the way you meant.

Event Coordination

Full-service event coordination and event team support for nonprofits, community organizations, and anyone planning a gathering that matters. I handle the logistics so you can be present with your guests.

Systems Wrangling

I help small businesses and nonprofits figure out which digital tools actually fit how they work, and then help them set them up properly. If something feels more complicated than it should be, that's my beat.
